1. Purpose
Airis uses fair use rules so independent plumbers and similar trades can get simple monthly pricing without surprise minute bundles, while protecting the service from abusive or unusually heavy use.
2. Intended use
The standard Airis plan is intended for a normal Irish trades business handling its own inbound calls and missed-call leads. Seasonal spikes, bad-weather bursts and busy days are expected.
3. Use outside fair use
- Automated spam calls, testing floods or deliberate call flooding.
- Reselling Airis or sharing one account across unrelated businesses.
- Using Airis as a general high-volume call centre or marketplace intake line.
- Using Airis for illegal, misleading, harassing or unsafe activity.
- Usage that creates excessive provider costs or degrades the service for others.
4. What happens if usage is unusual
If usage looks unusually high or abusive, we will usually contact you first, explain the issue and look for a practical fix. For serious abuse or legal/safety risk, we may suspend or limit service immediately.
