1. Unlimited AI Call Answering
Airis offers unlimited AI call answering for normal small-business call volume to keep our standard monthly plan sustainable. We want to ensure there are no surprise overage bills for independent emergency trades.
2. Intended Use
Our unlimited plan is designed for a typical Irish trades business handling inbound jobs. If your call volume is unusually high, we will contact you in a friendly manner before making any changes to your plan or service.
3. Unacceptable Usage
To protect the service for everyone, the following are examples of abusive use that fall outside of our Fair Use Policy:
- Automated spam calls or call flooding.
- Resale or shared use across multiple unrelated businesses.
- Using a single account for multiple unrelated companies.
- Operating a non-trades high-volume call centre.
4. Our Rights
If we detect abusive or extraordinary usage, Airis reserves the right to apply reasonable limits, require a plan review, or suspend the account. We will always try to work with you first to find a solution.
