1. You forward missed calls
You keep your existing business number. Airis provides a dedicated Irish number, and you can configure unanswered or busy calls to forward there using your phone provider's normal call-forwarding tools.
2. Airis answers the call
When a customer calls while you are working, driving, or already speaking with someone else, Airis answers as an AI call assistant for your business.
3. Airis gathers the details
The assistant asks about the plumbing issue, location or Eircode, urgency, caller name, and best callback number. It does not diagnose plumbing problems or promise dispatch.
4. You get a clear summary
When the call ends, Airis creates a structured job summary. You can review the details, decide priority, and call the customer back with context.
