1. Introduction

Welcome to Airis. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Airis provides an AI call answering and receptionist software designed specifically for trades businesses.

2. Nature of the Service

Airis is a business-to-business (B2B) software service. We act as an AI receptionist to capture call details. Airis does not provide plumbing, electrical, locksmith, or any emergency services itself. Furthermore, Airis is not a lead marketplace and does not sell shared leads to multiple businesses.

3. Customer Responsibilities

As a business customer, you remain solely responsible for your own professional work, pricing, dispatch decisions, safety decisions, and your relationship with your customers. You acknowledge that AI-generated output may occasionally be imperfect, and you agree to review job summaries provided by Airis.

4. Fair Use

Our service includes unlimited AI call answering subject to our Fair Use Policy. This means the service is intended for normal small-business call volume.

5. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Airis offers a free trial followed by a monthly subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time without a long-term contract.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Airis only for lawful business purposes. Abuse, illegal use, or misleading use of the service (such as setting up automated spam calls or reselling the service) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of your account.

7. Limitation of Liability and Availability

While we strive for high reliability, service availability may vary and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Airis is provided on an MVP basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding month.
