1. Introduction
These Terms apply to business customers using Airis. Airis is operated by GREEN SHEEP FAMILY FACTORY LIMITED trading as AIRIS and provides AI call answering, missed-call intake, job detail capture, summaries and lead handoff software for trades businesses in Ireland.
2. B2B service
Airis is a business-to-business software service. It is not intended for consumer purchase. By starting a trial or using Airis, you confirm that you are using it for business purposes and are authorised to set it up for the business you provide.
3. What Airis does
Airis can answer calls that are forwarded to it, ask practical intake questions, capture caller and job details, create an AI-generated summary, and provide the details to the business through the dashboard, SMS or another configured handoff channel.
4. What Airis does not do
Airis is not an emergency service, not a plumbing, electrical or locksmith provider, not a lead marketplace and not a professional diagnosis service. Airis does not guarantee that a plumber will respond, attend, quote or complete work. In immediate danger to life, health, fire, gas, electricity or another serious emergency, callers should contact the emergency services or the relevant utility/emergency provider.
5. Customer responsibilities
- You remain responsible for your callers, customers, pricing, dispatch decisions, professional work and safety decisions.
- You must review Airis summaries before relying on them for operational decisions.
- You must ensure your use of Airis is lawful, including call notices, AI disclosure, call recording/transcription notices where relevant, and any customer-facing privacy information.
- You must keep account access secure and tell us promptly about suspected misuse.
6. AI output
AI-generated call summaries and structured fields may be incomplete, inaccurate or misunderstood. Airis is designed to help organise leads, not to replace professional judgement or customer follow-up.
7. Free trial, subscription and cancellation
Airis may offer a free trial followed by a monthly subscription. Unless a signed order form says otherwise, you may cancel without a long-term contract. Pricing, trial length and included features may change for future customers, but we will not surprise active pilot customers with hidden usage charges.
8. Fair use
Unlimited AI call answering is subject to our Fair Use Policy, which is intended to protect normal independent trades usage and prevent abuse.
9. Data protection terms
Where Airis processes caller/job data for you, the Data Processing Agreement applies and forms part of these Terms unless replaced by a signed customer agreement.
10. Availability and changes
Airis is an early-stage SaaS product. We work to keep it reliable, but service may be interrupted by maintenance, internet, telephony, cloud, AI-provider or third-party issues. We may update the service to improve reliability, safety, compliance or product quality.
11. Acceptable use
You must not use Airis for spam, harassment, illegal activity, misleading impersonation, resale to unrelated businesses, high-volume call-centre operations outside the agreed use case, or any use that harms the service or other customers.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airis is provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability, response outcome, lead quality, revenue, or professional result. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding month. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
