Current subprocessors

This list is based on providers currently used or configured in the Airis codebase and public site. It will be updated as the service changes.

Provider Purpose Data involved Location/transfer notes
Google Cloud / Google App Engine / Cloud Run / Cloud SQL Hosting, application runtime, database and infrastructure operations. Account, caller/job, portal, logs and operational data hosted by Airis. Cloud region and transfer safeguards depend on Airis deployment/account configuration.
Twilio Telephony, voice call handling and SMS/operator notification where enabled. Caller phone numbers, call metadata, call audio/transcription payloads where applicable, SMS content and provider IDs. Twilio group and telecommunications providers may process data internationally under Twilio's data protection terms.
OpenAI AI voice/conversation, extraction and summary generation. Call transcript/audio context, intake fields, job descriptions, caller details included in prompts/outputs and AI-generated summaries. Processing locations and safeguards are governed by OpenAI business/API terms and subprocessors documentation.
SMTP/email provider configured by Airis Passwordless login emails and operational email delivery when SMTP is enabled. Email address, magic login URL and email delivery metadata. Exact provider to be confirmed from production configuration.
Google Maps / Geocoding API Location resolution for Eircodes/addresses when location resolution is enabled. Eircode/address input, matched address snapshot, coordinates, map/navigation URLs and provider place ID. Used only when enabled/configured. Airis does not store the full raw Google response.
Umami Cloud Privacy-focused website analytics and conversion events. Website page/event analytics. Airis does not use this for caller/job records. Umami describes its tracking as cookieless and privacy-focused.

Changes

Airis may update subprocessors as the product changes. Material changes for customer caller/job data will be reflected on this page or notified to affected customers where practical. Questions or objections can be sent to login@airis.ie.
